Problems With My R33

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me, I own an R33 non turbo automatic and ive been having some big problems with it lately. But today I turned the car on and it shook to the shithouse. The whole car was shaking and the exhaust sounded like it was missing alot. Not the smooth sound the exhaust should make. I got a video recording of the exhaust and uploaded it so view it if you can. And I have one of the engine but its not that great but will attach if asked. But a few suggestions that have been made as to what it is are coilpacks, spark plugs, engine mounts. Im going to go with coilpacks as I got new spark plugs november last year. When accelerating or sitting at the lights is when its really bad. Going down hill, nothing. Its so shaky the whole car, engine and everything. It has never done this before, this is the first day. Ive noticed it starting about three weeks ago when it felt as tho the car was shaking a little but it does the same thing being in park, neutral, drive, reverse so I just want to find out what it is, fix it and sell the bloody thing cause ive had enough. So any help would be appreciated, thanks!

+1 im no expert but it sounds like coil packs.

While your at it, check the right plugs are in there and clean your air flow meter.

See if anyone on the forums has a set they can lend you in Sydney.

Cross engine mounts off your list.

Found out today that it was a coil pack not happy! I want to check the spark plugs to just incase but I need to get new coil packs stupid car
