Hey Guys,

Just need a soliciotor to basically sign/verify some documents I've drawn up for personal reasons, should take maybe 20mins tops out of your time.

Don't really have time or the money to afford $250 a hour or whatever they charge and I've had useless solicitors in the past who charge for dodgy work.

Anyone have any family members or even yourselves that could help me out that would be greatly appreciated. P.s I'm awesome cake maker *wink wink, nudge nudge*

If it's just certifing as opposed to providing legal opinion, you can get a JP or local court registar to do that for free. There are a bunch of other professions who can do that for you in NSW as well, including Doctors, Dentists blah blah blah, even once got a cop to witness a stat dec for my divorce. Google is your friend in this regard. If it's more than just certifying, then you can ignore everything I just said!

Nah, I need a soliciotor. I have to get power of attorney certified, JP's can't do that.

Ahh ok, whar area are you from, I can refer you to a solociter we use downstairs if they work out cheaper then what uve been looking at.

POA is something that needs to be done properly so theres no loop hopes, if you dont mind me asking is its a Genral POA or an enduring POA?

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
