r32 immobiliser

hey guys

i am currently looking at buying a 93 r32 gtst skyline

and after talking to the insurance company today they want to know whether the vehicle is fitted with an australian standard 2 point immobiliser system

so my question to all you guys is...is it??

do these cars come out with immobilisers??

and if they do, do they meet aussie standards

No they do not come standard with immobilisers. If the car does have one then it is aftermarket.

If you want the car then just get one fitted, they are only a couple of hundred dollars, you could spend a bit more and get an audable alarm (waste of time????) and keyless entry as well
