Button Clutch,peddle Really Close To The Floor,help?

i have a cushon button clutch that came with the car its been in there since i bought the car roughly a year ago and it has always been very close to the floor.gears still change fine but was just wondering if its on its way out or is this normal?ive had a clutch shit itself in my old commo and the peddle was really far off the floor before it would engage.is there some sort of adjustment at all?any info would be great cheers

yeah, where the master cylinder shaft joins the pedal there is a lock nut on the shaft, loosen it and then turn the shaft till the pedal gets to where you want it then tighten the nut back up

But make sure there is still ~10mm of pedal free play at the top of the stroke. If you dial out all the free play, then there is always pressure against the throwout bearing, which kills them tout suite.
