Drive dot com mentions how these "A" models can turn with confidence nowadays...

better than the 1st ones that could fall over in a cone-slalom.

Standard is high now.

Money savings through continued servicing through a MB specialist rather than through a dealership.

what drugs are you on?

the a45 is AWD. will be as quick, if not quicker than the C63.

BMW can shove that in their ass hole..

we have a few of the A-class's at work now, both A250 With amg kits..I work at Mercedes Benz Head office.

I can wait to get one of these :devil:

the price they are coming out with is pretty competitive compared to the market surroundings!

Looks count too. What BMW did you have?

a few. 93 320. 96 330, 94 530, 95 540.

all cheap as hell because they where shit.

bought the 540 of a "gangster" london geezer and it had 20 inch chrome rims lawl.

we do.. but not publically..

it will be in direct competition with the BMW VW etc.. so in that sort of area, which has been publically told

this was what go auto news put out, and it is a pretty good ball park

PRICING:

A180 BlueEffi ciency 1.6 petrol (a) $35,600

A200 BlueEffi ciency 1.6 petrol (a) $40,900

A200 CDI BlueEffi ciency 1.8 diesel (a) $40,900

A250 Sport 2.0 petrol (a) $49,900

A45 we dont know what pricing is, but is reletively cheaper than the M series verion of the BMW, and 4wd so substantially fast too! im hanging to drive it..

ill get a pic of the sports one parked at work..

and the A250 is fkn quick as it is.

AWD will be a fwd based and very FWD bias I bet...

And you've owned the wrong ones lol. Need E39 5 series / E36 M3 / EVO or later E46. Those are the good stuff..

there is no such thing as a good bmw. sooner or later it will rape you and or your wallet.

everything about this car is gay...EVERYTHING....it looks like a hyundai with a mercedes badge and lights on the front..

and how is 35.000 competitive when i can get an i30 that will do most everything this shitbox can do for under 20k....

Mercedes should stay the hell out of the small car market and stick to building the hippy killing luxo barges they are famous for, this is a disgrace..

Nah they are based on the 4matic system which is actually very rwd based, or so it feels in the bigger cars..

This is the 250 at work, looks better in person IMO

But my thoughts are biased because I work there

      yeh they are 235/45/17 up front and 255/40/17 in the rears. I still didn't get my answer if i can fit a 18x9 up front.       This. The R34 handbrake icon DOES come up when the brake fluid level is low. You might be sitting right on that threshhold. I have been down this diagnosis path and this was the solution (and it was pretty much as full as your picture is to begin with).

      Unfortunately the cavaet to that is that while any scan tool should be able to read the code, the workshop will need a consult plug to OBD socket adapter. You don't have a location on your profile, where are you based?

      @Haggerty this is your red flag. In MAP based ECU's the Manifold pressure X RPM calculation is how the engine knows it is actually...running/going through ANY load. You are confusing the term 'base map' with your base VE/Fuel table. When most people say 'base map' they mean the stock entire tune shipped with the ECU, hopefully aimed at a specific car/setup to use as a base for beginning to tune your specific car. Haltech has a lot of documentation (or at least they used to, I expect it to be better now). Read it voraciously.

      I saw you mention this earlier and it raised a red flag, but I couldn't believe it was real. Yes, the vacuum signal should vary. It is the one and only load signal from the engine to the ECU, and it MUST vary. It is either not connected or is badly f**ked up in some way.
