From what I understand all the claimed test booster do not boost testosterone they support the natural balance between test and estrogen. There is not artificial boosting at all. That ingredient macuna puriens helps with the balance. And if your test is high, lucky you because most of the 'normal range' levels sited by western medicine are too low. It has been proven that test from ancient non-westernized humans are close to double the level of westernized men. They also have non existent rates of heart disease, diabetes, obesity and hormonal issues we have. So I would not worry really because men with so called normal range test are less likely to create waves and a lot easier to control.... exactly what the government want.

fair enough, but I'm a female.

Ooops forget about the latter rant then. Out of interest what is the ratio between test and estrogen.

I'd have to tell you that when I'm at home.

So I'm still slightly confused as to what is an appropriate supplement for me to take

Leesh.

Phenibut pure.

That Dorian Yates stuff is expensive repackaging, no points for guessing Mr Yates didn't get his huge size thanks to this stuff.

Don't think Dorian is a goal body shape for you ?

This is why I think the Yates powder is having a lend:

* It's not going to boost test (if it did it would be illegal).

* ZMA , called zinc tablets (when not being touted by muscle building supliment companies), is basically $6 for a bottle of 100 tablets from Cenovis, with the Zinc Magnesium & B vitamin ratios that work. IF you are deficient.

* Maca Puriens contains trace amounts of L-DOPA as it's claim to fame (so do ordinary broad beans), thats not a hormone balancer of any kind.

* GABA has a weak amount scientific evidence for it's effects, given it can't pass the blood brain barrier. So it's mechanism for efficacy is not known if it can work.

Phenibut can pass this barrier hence is evidenced as being effective and understanding of the mechanisim.

There is Phenibut in this stuff but, it's an undisclosed amount. That is the part that works.

Phenibut is about 3c to 12c a serve and works vs $2 - $4 a serve for the effective part.

All the points above are valid however if you want to try an all in one sleep aid then I recommend this. Why? Because it actually does assist sleep. As with a lot of blends and also foods in general, the sum of the parts create different results than looking at the individual contents in isolation. For people not bothered to search for individual ingredients this is good to purchase. If you get results then search for the ingredients individually. And yes the claims are stupid as with any other body building supplement. $50 isn't a bad investment if it works, and it will work as it has for the 20 plus people I have recommended it to over the last 2 years.

I understand. You are quite right that it would assist sleep (contains Phenibut). I think you have a good point as Phenibut isn't an easy suppliment to find.

I'm looking at purchasing Phenibut from the Primaforce website; do you suggest the powder? There are tablets on there too but I don't think they're pure Phenibut, plus they have gelatin in them.

Just want to confirm the powder is what I should be getting before I purchase, thank you.

Taste is like very strong grapefruit juice (acidic) in water. It's only $36 for 100g. Bargain.

    • You just need to remove the compressor housing, not the entire turbo. I would not be drilling and tapping anything with the housing still on anyways.
    • So, I put my boat on a boat. First of all, I'm going to come out and say it. Why is Tasmania not considered a holy goal, an apex that all road-legal modified cars go to, to experience? This place is an absolute wonderland of titanic proportions. If people are already getting club runs for once in a lifetime 30 person cruises to Tassy then I've never seemed to see it. It is like someone replaced the entire place with an idyllic wonderland for cars, and all of the people living there with paid actors who are kind, humble, and friendly. Dear god. After doing a lap of almost all of the place I've found that it's a great way to find out all of the little things that the car isn't doing quite right and a great way to figure it all out. All in all, I drove for 4 hours a day for a week and nothing broke. I didn't even need to open the engine bay. This is by all means a great success, but it has left me with a list of things to potentially address. I also now have a 3D printed wheel fitment tool which annoyingly hasn't got any threads in it to actually assemble it. I might be able to tape it together to check the sizing I actually want to use, but it'll likely involving pulling the shocks out to properly measure travel at least at the front, and probably raise the car while I'm at it, at least in the rear. I scraped on quite a few things and I'm not sure how else to go about it. I was taking anything with a bump at what felt like 89 degree angles. And address those 10 other tasks. And wash the car. God damn it is dirty. And somehow, the weather was perfect the entire time - And because I was on the top of Mt Wellington it turns out it was very much about to freeze up there. I did something I typically never do and took some photos up there in what must have been -10 and the foggy felt like suspended ice, rather than mere fog. If you own a car in Australia, you owe it to yourself to do it.

    • Saw this replica police car based on a Mitsubishi Starion XX parked next to a 'police box' (it's literally a box) in Hirohata, Himeji City in Hyogo prefecture the other day. It's owned by Morii-san who is a local Mitsubishi Starion enthusiast. According to a local radio station blog post, he always wanted to make a police car himself based on ones he saw in his favourite Manga comics.  As it's illegal to modify a car to look like a police car and drive on the road, Morii-san tried many times to get permission from Aboshi police station headquarters nearby. They refused initially by after they got tired of that they granted him permission. However, the car can only be displayed on private property and obviously can't be registered as long as the police livery is present. The car was completed at a cost of 1.5 million yen (US$ 10,000) in addition to the car cost. A location was chosen outside Hirohata Police box where the car can easily been seen from the street. Morii-san has two other Starion road cars, both widebody GSR-VRs.
