drgtr7
Guys, Im not sure what's going on here. I keep getting torque sent to the front even at the slightest throttle kick. My car had been running sweet up until a 2-3 months ago with it getting worse and worse. At first it'll keep sending front torque, until you take your foot off the accelerator and then it will correct itself. Cruising at 80 kph it is sitting at about 10 or so. Hard throttlle itll go to 40. Mind you this is constant. What could be causing these issues? The car has become really shit to drive. I do have a sliiping clutch ATM could this have anything to do with this problem? For example if i am hardshifting 2nd to 3rd it will slip and cause the front torque to fly up to 35 - 40 ish. Thanks for your help guys. Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/415202-attesa-problems-power-keeps-getting-sent-to-the-front/ Share on other sites
Moodles2
Check tyre pressures and make sure they're even front and back. If that is fine, then put the front wheels on the back and vice versa. Happens due to tyre tread wear, front and rear never wear evenly so over time a slight rolling diameter difference becomes bigger which makes ATTESA think the rears are slipping Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/415202-attesa-problems-power-keeps-getting-sent-to-the-front/#findComment-6659969 Share on other sites

blind_elk
What size tyres are fitted? Check the connection onto the TPS. drgtr7
Ok i got some good news, left rear tyre was flat 5psi. New Tyres were installed two days ago, so I don't know what the f**k went wrong. I'll be going back that's for sure. A lesson to all, the attesa system is very sensitive to tyre pressures!!! R31Nismoid
It's sensitive to tyre diameter. So anything that can have an effect (tyre pressure, excessive wear etc), will trip it out a bit Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/415202-attesa-problems-power-keeps-getting-sent-to-the-front/#findComment-6661559 Share on other sites
