R34 Gt-T Dash/ac Led Light Conversion

Hi all,

I have been looking around for a tutorial to replace the bulbs in my climate control and dash but can't seem to find one anywhere. I swear I seen one on here ages ago! Is someone able to tell me how to do it? Or point me to a tutorial.

Reason is I have just picked up a set of bulbs for my R34 GT-T and have tried to replace them, but the Climate Control LEDs are too big for the socket. Not sure if they are the wrong bulbs, or if I am missing something.

I got mine off 666Dan and they were a direct fit... No drama at all... PM him and get the correct item

Change the ignition barrel one too

The A/C unit has small ones buried down inside

If you want your buttons blue or whatever colour too

Dan told me that the ignition barrel one requires soldering. I don't have a solder.....but would like to change the ignition barrel light too. I've already ordered a set of dash+AC lights off him! =(

Soldering isnt hard, there will be heaps that have it and its only a quick and easy job...

Yeah, may buy the bulb for the barrel after I install the rest of them, get my confidence up and then make the next step!

hey guys who is 666Dan? i am after the holders for the lights in the cluster, because i want to change the globes to LED know where i can get them?

666Dan is a member here, though he's sold the business. Still operates just not under him. Just got my dash + AC kit and installed it over the weekend. Looks great

And what do you mean the holders the for lights? You only need to change the globes to LEDs, not the entire holder.

Sorry to dig up an old thread. But will T5 globes fit into the R34 GT-T behind the dash? Found a few globes/bulbs but wouldn't mind seeing if theyll fit before i take the cluster out.
