Went yesterday in my stock 32 and had a blast. Wanted to see if anyone remembers their PB lap times!

I was there yesterday too in the R34 coupe that kept breaking down!

 

i only managed a 54.2, in the first session the cabin filled with smoke, thought it was a burnt plastic pipe, put some high temp tape on, missed the second session, third session only did one lap and the intercooler pipe came loose (forgot to tighten it when I out the car back together) then 4th session only got 3 laps before smoke again. 
 

have since learnt I was boiling the power steering fluid!!!

Oh bugger, was that the white one, that was parked near the fence?

 

I was in the white 32 gtr, bog stock . I only managed a 1.005. Really wanted to crack that 1 min mark. This is the first time i've been to a track and it was amazing! I do get motion sickness but, so i went out every 2nd session.

 

54.2 sounds like a damn good time! I think the red GTR in my group that was flying did a 52.

Yep parked near the fence where the paintball was. 
 

first time I went to Luddenham and what a cracker of a track!
 

I really want to go back and see what the car can do. I never got into a rhythm on Saturday, but I absolutely loved the layout!

i remember your car, looked mint! I really wanted a R32 but they are so rare now

I thought it was a good layout too, being a stocker, it helped me alot, not much straight :P

My small group is trying to organise a private day soon, if you are interested, i'm sure there will be space :)

I would be keen. Was meaning to go 2 weeks back but the weather was iffy

Use synthetic fluid when you re-fill. Its got a higher boiling/flash point.

Just got some new track tyres so I want to try luddenham.

      Yeah you can. Cable tie the gauge to a windscreen wiper, or run it into the car and hold it with one hand, or have the neighbour's kid run alongside and tell you what it says.

      I've never understood why this bothers people. Surely you'd be looking at a T3 flanged Garrett style thing, rather than a TD? You're unlikely to push a +T hard enough to need that much fuel. If you're not starting with most of the things you need to do that (ie, the bloody ECU!), you're better off just going Haltech/Link. You wil hate life a lot less. No. Just no. Just turbo it as is.

      Ok I get you. But isn’t the butterfly intake a headache with the +T?  see this is my plan so far but please advise me into the right direction.  Nistune Ecu, 1000cc Bosch injectors, TD05 or TD06 Kinugawa turbo using stock rb25det exhuast manifold, walbro fuel pump unsure of model I think it’s 450/460, spitfire coils and sparks to suit and a R35 MAF sensor and boost sensor.    I was thinking maybe do a cheap eBay plenum $400-500 or try find a stock det neo intake. I think I’d port match it so it’s getting the full capacity but open to advice please.  Thanks

      The issue now is the 'fuel cut' while driving, and when it happend, it does not stall. This, I did not test the fuel pressure while driving as I cannot with a fuel pressure gauge. I do have Nistune logs, yes. I have also replaced the MAF Sensor.   Also related to the FPG Fuel Hanger – I just realized that I need a Deutsch Crimp Tool to crimp some cables for the FPG Fuel Hanger. Need to purchase additional cables as the kit only included 2, which are for the float. FPG has not responded to my emails so far since purchasing. I thought about taking it to someone and having it done professionally, but I am reluctant since everyone I took it to messed up in some way.
