I've got this one hose that's been blocked by the previous owner.

It's coming from under the plenum above the oil dipstick.

It's the smaller hose just above the dipstick holder from the pic

It's the hose resting in the top radiator hose

It looks like one of the lines used to bleed air out of the system. It also looks like you are missing the rest of the front bleed system.
