If I'm reading it right I'd expect the AMEP and Australian Sports Party to hold the balance of power. LNP hold 33 seats, Labor/Greens/DLP hold 36, 7 minors. I'd expect Xenophon to go left, Palmer x2, Liberal Democrats and Family First to go right.

Makes it 37-37. Last two seats belong to AMEP and Australian Sports Party...

Xenophon has said he will vote with libs on several of their policies so it will make this a very interesting government. I just don't want a double disillusion and have to go through all this shit again any sooner than needed.

Would only happen if they could engineer a way to ensure that the left can be seen as unreasonable to ensure a public backlash. Otherwise it would be political suicide for whoever causes it.

Only automatic trigger would be a failure to pass supply bills. That HAS to be passed, any other bill can be put on the back burner until the coalition could secure senate passage.

Abbot has stated that he will force one if the senate doesn't pass his bill to repeal the carbon tax so it depends if he was serious or not.

Well Palmer leans heavily right so you would think he will favour the Libs on most things.

Except that he is now insano pissed off with them. Clives party is a massive unknown that will come up with all kinds head scratchers imo.

Unless something drastic has changed only Vic. The first link I had was Vic as well. Was just adding second confirmation from a different source. ABC and Fairfax calling the 6th senate seat for Victoria for the AMEP. That seems like a lock

Ok that makes sense. Thought you meant QLD and Vic. Which confused the hell outta me :P

Let's see how they swing.

Oh good son of rajab. Did some digging into the new senator for the AMEP. Bad is an understatement. My guess? Unless he gets some VERY good aides and handlers he will do more harm than good.

Yeah he seems like a dead shit bogan. Not likely to do us much good

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
