This must piss businesses off as it will drive their customers away if they know they are going to get a once over by Police. The bussineses should jack up and put in a complaint to the Police ombudsmun. If they dont, ring them up and drop a subtle hint that you and other friend & relitives will not be patronising them after this has happend.

After a late night of cruising around [not necesarily doing anything illegal either], I always drive into my driveway and garage quickly and close the roller door asap!

Call me paranoid :Paranoid: I dont care, one day they will be following me - it has happened b4, cops are everywhere lately and they see $$$ signs when they see an import / nice / sports car...pricks!

Hehe, yeah I know I'm always looking around for undercover cop cars in traffic around me... the sneaky fu*kers are everywhere.

    • I mean I agree. I've seemingly never had issues and I have RS4's in the rain, but I drive pretty slow in the rain, and I commute around on the street and pretty much never push it. But it's not like you're going to uncontrollably slide off the street with them in the rain. At least here in Aus. And I say this before I drive to Tassie in Winter. AS above, the term "Semi" is a bit of a misnomer. The ContiSportContact7 is also a "Semi" or a "UHP" tyre. It's the same category as an AD09 in any case.
    • These are not semis. None of the tyres in that comparo are semis. They are UHP tyres. Perfectly streetable. I'm on my second set of AD09, after using a couple of sets of AD08R. On the street. Every day. I get 15-20 thousand km out of them, which is perfectly acceptable. They are a really nice tyre to drive on. I have few, if any, complaints.
    • You'd hope, if it came from ACS, that it wouldn't be that.
    • Or the brand new throwout may be unhappy...
    • Thanks for the linkie. Certainly always a great deal of help when people post comparisons like these, but I think for now I'll stay away from any semi slicks. I did go ahead and order the sportcontact 7. My buddy has them on his modified A4 and he keeps saying how good they are. For my intended purposes these will probably work real well. I'll report on them once I had the chance to try them out
