Keep in mind that zero toe static will give you toe out once driving along. Coupled with neg camber this will cause inside edge wear unless you are only driving through twisties all the time.

The worse the condition of various ball joints, tie rod ends and bushes etc, then the larger the possible toe change between static and dynamic. Can lead to serious wear. You should be conservative on toe settings unless you are a) sure that the various joints are in good condition or, b) willing to suck it and see and pay the price in tyres.
