Parker And Tail Lights Always On

Hey guys, recently bought an R33 GTS-T and I'm learning a lot as I go over the car, but one quick question, my parkers and tail lights come on when i turn the key to accessories and are on while driving. Previous owner told this was a factory setting but I'm not convinced. I've gone over the wiring so many times and even pulled out the fuses, but they still come on, still can't trace it back. Even when i switch park lights on on the stalk, it still doesn't work. Is this in fact an actual stock setting or has it been tampered with?? can anyone help me out please. Also, car has HID kit installed as well if that makes a difference, Thanks heaps in advance

Sounds like somebody has messed around with it seen as it has HID kits installed. Not a factory setting/option as far as im aware.

You will probably just have to get a metter and check where the park light power wire is going back to. May have been joined to a switched power wire somewhere

yeah that's what i was thinking too, didn't think it was a factory setting. gonna have to trace it back and see where it's tapped into. Thanks mate

Update: quick search of the test lamp on the fuse box inside the car, started pulling fuses out and found that when i pulled the radio fuse out, park lights went off. Thinking now that it's been tapped into the radio wires somewhere, just going to have to trace it back and find where its been spliced or if it has been
