low tyre pressure (5psi) in slicks = low mph?????

hey guys

i recently ran at the drags and ran with 10' slicks on only 5psi i found out after(rushed event) and i could only manage low 14s and 102mph.

i am runnin rb26 with highflow turbos on 10psi with pods, zorst, dumps, gtr cooler, 700cc injectors, 5 speed manual, twin plate clutch

i was launching like shit, bogging off the line everytime

scared to rev it and drop the clutch

eventually dropped clutch on 3rd run and i twisted the diff in the axle housings and snapped the uni joint on the tailshaft :Bang:

so does 102mph seem very low for the amount of mods i got?????

btw i got 280hp atw on 7psi (not dynoed on 10, soon to be on dyno and 18psi )

what sort of mph and times should i be expecting ???

120mph is my guess, does that sound about right???

Yes. I consistantly achieve 102mph with 1 turbo, 13psi, full zorst, and a chip. Stock everything else.

How what did the curve look like when dynoed @ 7psi and much power did it make?
