That M35 above is mine. Yes semi slicks are gone, replaced them with 245/35/20 on the 9.5 fronts and 275/30/20 on the 10.5 rears. Fronts have 25mm spacers to clear the brakes but still fit under the guard without a problem.

My rear tyres have around 3mm clearance to the plastic guard with camber around -1.5 (not sure haven't had an alignment lately). Non axis models don't have the plastic guards so may be different for you.

Depending on tyre size you could possible get a 19x11+10 to fit, but camber would be up a bit.

Also, just curious, which air setup did you get? And is your car RWD or AWD?

The 20's definitely fill the gaurds nicely. I'm not 100% sure on tire sizes yet but they'll most likely be 245-35-19 on the rears. The air struts are Airrex 350z ones and I'm using Accuair managment. The car is a RWD PM35 350RX Edited by tomo123

I have seen an M35 with the air struts from a 350z and they seem to fit fine. Mine is AWD so 350z struts won't fit. I have to look into the G35x model struts as they are the same apparently.

Great! That makes me happy knowing they're gonna fit pretty easily. You shouldn't have to much trouble finding struts to suit in the US.

Just a heads up I run 245 45s on 18x10 15p rears on my s1 NM. Lips rolled out and about 10 mm pumping cleared it sweet. Hope this helps

Thanks for the info, I'll definitely be getting the guards rolled and pumped as much as they can.

Just weighing in here, hers mine on the R35 GTR wheels as well, very similar alignment specs as above but without the autech/ARX over fenders and with 245/35/20 all round

EDIT: Should mention, I'm the new owner of this one, now looks a bit worse, not on the 35's anymore, and different plates for down here in vic. Building some fat 19" weds for it ATM.

Car looks great mate, definatelly post some pics of it when you get your weds. My stag is the same, doesn't have the over fenders. I'm sure you can fit 11's under the guards but the hard part for me is figuring out how low on the offset I can go while clearing big brakes.

Not really a fan of whoring my car out too much as it stands there, its how I bought it and I feel it doesnt represent me all that much.





The Weds are sitting in my shed ATM, although theyve been put on the back burner for the moment as I'm building a new heart for her. Then just need to order lips and find tyres to suit and theyre on the car. Should be good though, final specs will be roughly 19x9.5 +20 fronts and 0ish rears, which should sit quite nicely with some camber I think?

    • List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter? 
    • @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand

    • It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about. Reliability of everything in a 34 drops MASSIVELY above the 300kw mark. Keeping everything going great at beyond that value will cost ten times the $. Clutches become shit, gearboxes (and engines/bottom ends) become consumable, traction becomes crap. The good news is looking legalish/actually being legal is slighly under the 300kw mark. I would make the assumption you want to ditch the stock plenum too and want to go a front facing unit of some description due to the cross flow. Do the bends on a return flow hurt? Not really. A couple of bends do make a difference but not nearly as much in a forced induction situation. Add 1psi of boost to overcome it. Nobody has ever gone and done a track session monitoring IAT then done a different session on a different intercooler and monitored IAT to see the difference here. All of the benefits here are likely in the "My engine is a forged consumable that I drive once a year because it needs a rebuild every year which takes 9 months of the year to complete" territory. It would be well worth deciding where you want to go and what you care about with this car.
