Account has not been online for a month. Had contact with them up until abut two weeks ago about an order. I am pretty sure they are not going to rip me off but some communication would be good.... unless there is something quite bad happened to them and then I understand the lack of communication.

What do you know? Just received an email from him.... said he has broken some bones in his hand.

I was the one who posted about Kudos the first time. They came good with that order, just lacked a little communication though. I rang & spoke to Andrew yesterday, chasing a brake master cylinder & he said they were out of stock until October.

Got a surprise call from him today, stating the part had just arrived, not expecting it too & it would ship once the funds have cleared.

I just got off their website & completed the transaction.

I buy from Aussie suppliers because;

1. Their Aussie.

2. When they say they have stock they have stock.

3. They are good at communication.

When you only get one out of three... Well then people look elsewhere.

I've never had a major issue with them. I bought a few things once off them, one seemed to be missed in the delivery. I emailed them a 9:30 at night and the next morning someone called me. Love their work.

I ordered off them recently as well. First time from an Aussie company. Seems professional so far. Item landed in US customs on Saturday. No complaints so far. They have sent all necessary emails (receipt/shipping info) in a timely manner.
