Front Diff Flange O-ring

Seems I have many questions lately and not many answers to share.

Last time I did the drivers side front CV boot I had a leak coming out behind flange on the diff (not from the seal but from between the body).

I took it all apart and cleaned and applied some grey sealant to the metal gaskets. Stopped the leak no spots on the ground.

Did a service couple weeks ago and noticed a weep coming from the same place, so im thinking it has to be the O-Ring.

Does anyone know the part number ? Is is the same as PN 38543 on this ?

It does not drip on the ground at all , but I like to head things off before they become a real issue.
