Sorry if this has been covered in a thread somewhere - I had a good look, but couldn't ifnd anything. I tell you what - Rezz's photos are cool. I like that thread!

I need to know of shops in Japan that sell car parts. Particularly bolt on performance parts. In case you're wondering, I am after a Greddy Plenum and possibly a whole bolt on kit for an RB25DET.

So yeah, I have no idea how to find these places or contact them, but I reckon some one on here would have some good contacts over there.

All help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Luke

place your order through K's Garage and tell them Troy sent ya :)
Orders recieved heretofore shall be handled by K's Garage c/o the Osaka branch of Mitsubishi Electric Rolling Stock Division... :)

Okay I may be a bit out of touch with some of the lingo going on, but thanks. Can I contact these fellas by email or phone or something? Is that their name - 'K's Garage' ?

And no thanks, I have a complete 3 litre motor, just want a plenum. :)

K's garage is Rezz's business lol he specialises in gettin jap parts n stuff.

If the stuff's too big for rezz to mail out then I can offer a container based shipping once every 2 months. Basically my fee is 20% of the cost of the unit, so your total charge is cost of unit + shipping + 20% of the cost of the unit. I can source the stuff for ya too. That's only if Rezz can't do it coz it is a bit of a hassle and I'd rather him do the hard work :)

Yeah Luke, I got your PM... as per usual it was buried beneath the 300 other ones...

Mate, if you've got a contact in Japan already, wouldn't it be cheaper/easier for them to source the plenum? The whole K's Garage thing is strictly part-time now, and even then only small things like Funky says.

evo lee, whats the engine you have on offer?????

Depends on what you want...all low volume sales.

The shop usually just builds a few or one off performance engines and sell them off...most recently a 2bar S14b SR20 race engine.

Not sure if they have any complete RB engines around at the moment.

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
