GKtech Hicas Delete

Hi i want to install  the GKteck Hicas delete in my R34 however it does not come in a kit and I need to find my own polyurethane  bushes to replace the Hicas ball joint that fits in the rear knuckle.

Does anyone know where I can get the bushes required? I only want two not an entire kit.

i have already tried GKtech they did not know, Whiteline and Redranger.

you can see the bush (orange) in photo attached.

Hi Mate,

Not sure the super pro number but the cheapest and best way to buy the replacement bush is via GKtec.$22 each plus delivery.

 

Everywhere else you had to buy a set and best price I founf (for four. I only needed two) was about $120.

If youre in Melbourne I have spare set I can sell you for cost. Otherwise order from Gktech or pick up from one of their distributors.

Thanks Eddie, i have the GK tech hicas delete kit.

The bushes were found to be faulty and loose fitting, allowing play in the arms (could be just a batch of the gk tech bushes)

I contacted a seller on ebay that sells a delete kit with superpro bushes and they told me the part number was spf1638k.

It should come in next week, will post whether it fits or not.

      Unsolicited advice? Keep the engine as close to stock as you can. Nothing wrong with adding some boost and making a little more power, but given where you are, you really don't want to try to make it into a monster. I can't imagine the roads are up to it, and the lack of locla support when it grenades will be a ball ache. FWIW, If there is a dyno around that you can access, then brand new injectors are a good idea, which will lead you to (at least) putting a Nistune in it, which will allow you to put an R35 AFM on it, all of which will make it possible to make it much much nicer to drive and live with.

      List all of your mods. It sounds like an aftermarket ECU hitting rev limiter. Like a valet mode, or a cold rpm limiter?

      @Kapr Haha yeah thats the one. I missed that you had a built up engine, I wouldn't want to run it on there either then. It was good in my situation just to replace the original turbo on a stock engine. @MBS206Yep definitely not a replacement for anything name brand

      You are selling this? I have never bought something from marketplace...i dont know if i trust that enough. And the price is little bit "too" good...
