Is my 02 sensor Connected right ??

So i went to check my engine and notice my O2 sensor had only 1 pin connected while the other 2 was hanging loose. I reconnected them but not sure if it's the right connection, any help ? Or maybe it was meant to be just one connected ?

Can't see the colour of the third wire. Usually the heater wires are the same colour and go on the outside pins and the signal wire is in the middle. It won't be the cause of your inability to go over 2000 rev/min though.

Someone may have depinned it because the heater had failed short and it was blowing fuses.  Bodgy dickhead mechanic stylez.
