Rb25 running rich

I have a 94 r33 gtst that's been running way to rich. Air/fuel at an Idle is sitting anywhere from 14-16. At a steady 3k rpm cruise it stays pretty steady at 13.1, under full boost after 5k rpm it goes to 10 and the gauge starts flashing. It also puffs black smoke under load, Plugs are wet. Any suggestion/ ideas would be appreciated. 

MODS are: 

3" exhaust, cat delete.

Gt3076r turbo

770cc injectors

255 walbro fuel pump

Areomotive fpr 

Yellow jacket coil packs

300zx Ecu

Greedy intake manifold

Fmic 

Moshimoto rad

BOV

A tune on the dyno? Put the stock FPR back on?

It's been dyno tuned,  and same thing was happening with stock fpr on it.

Doesn't sound like it was tuned.

It went on a dyno.

Yes it was dyno tuned last year at RSTuning in Vaughn

Did it for that on the dyno?

If it just started happening you have a boost leak.

Pressure test to find them

No it ran good last year.  The problem just started this year when I took it out of storage for the summer.
