seeing as guys are requesting tips on how to detail their car or make sure their car looks the "bling" to go with the "schwing", I'm gonna try anf get a list of soem DIY Maintenane habits that each one of us might have come up with.

Detailing your car.

Cleaning the Engine Bay

> I first degrease the engine bay, I use the [forget the name, but they make chamois and other car stuff, I think it's calle] Kayco, Kanko? degreaser...best I've used. let it sit for a couple of minutes.

> Then I wash the degreaser off using a steam cleaning thin-a-ma-bobby, they cost around $100

> Then I give everything that rubber/plastic a spray with Plexus (avaiable from Autobahn @$15~can (best stuff ever)

> Finanly, all metal, steel chrome I use [forget the name again, sorry] it's in a yellow tin can, and is filled with a clotch type material you tear as you go. (Also available at you Auto Store @~$10)
