compliance thread - 2 months ish ago?

Hi all

A couple of months back someone posted a thread on how to comply a skyline and the costs involved as they had done it themselves. The side intrusion bars came from a company in Queensland I think. I have looked through the past 20 pages but cannot find the thread and it doesnt help that I cant remember the title!

Can someone put a link up to the thread please so I can read it again.

I dont know if that is leagally possible. I mean the whole reason there is RAW's certified workshops is to stop that kind of work. I would be VERY doubtful but possibly wrong.

From what I remember the guy had done everything and had it certified by an engineer. Its not RAWs as it is over 15 years old from what I understand. If it helps I am chasing side intrusion bars from a company in Queensland but I cannot remember the name of them.

If they were a complinace engineer try looking them up on the DOTARS web site. That will show you all the workshops OK'd to do them.
