R32 25det neo

Hello 

I have recently put a 25det neo into my r32. I got an auto electrition to wire up the loom and when we tried to start it we had a few problems but what ended up getting it started was he took the cas off and spun it by hand for a bit with the ignition on and got the car started. But now I'm finding once the car is cold again spinning the cas by hand is the only way to get it started again. Any idea what the problem may be? Thanks
