8-10k.. max for a stocker. Keep your options open for auto as well, as a gearbox conversion should cost less than $1500.  

won't the price go down as the demand will be less?

For a nice 1989 R32 GTS-T I would be allowing around $9k for the car landed, add compliance and rego and $12-14K is a very reasonable estimate for a nice clean example

including complience and rego? when can i gert one of these at THAT price?

I'll send you what I am getting.. you do have to allow another couple of $k for tyres, rego, and compliance though like Blitz is saying on any "landed" price. Depends really what you're after. But stock & autos are cheap.

Most likely the 15 year rule will be ended "any time now" so I doubt it will be around next year. Although it has been like that for a while.
