Getting peoples interest on the stock R34 Side Mount Intercooler, in simple terms if I get a price that I am happy with it will sell the cooler to the appropriate buyer & will be posting a price as a guide to what I am after. Any offers you can please PM me or have any questions about the cooler please ask them in the thread. No Stupid Offers or remarks. Thanks for People’s Time. Rob

If you are interested and have any other genuine questions that i can answer fell free to get in contact with me either with PM or my email rchrzanowski AT ozemail.com.au

The Cooler is located in the melbourne and would rather sell it to someone in melbourne since the size of the cooler but i am more than willing to send it to any other states as long as the postage for the items is neg.

Asking Price for the Cooler is: Offers + Postage If Needed

All Reasonable Offerers considered

Preferences go to people in Melbourne.

The Cooler is in excelent condition and honestly the best example of a r34 intercooler i have seen atm and it has taken me a long time to find one is such good nick, it also comes with the r34 air guide which i have found very hard to track down the guide helps air flow to the intercooler quite alot.

Thanks Rob :P

    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
    • It's been quite the ordeal but hey, at least you figured it out.
    • The final part arrived today to un-clampify and simplify the intake Who would have though a 1/2" hose stainless bulkhead fitting designed for below waterline bilge pumps would be what I needed Test fit on a 3" offcut I had laying around to see if it would work, and it worked a treat All going well the intake will be on its "final version" tomorrow
