is the 2" tubing running under dash from one side to other stock?

sorry for the weird post but i been taking my dash off and i noticed that running infront of the heater unit, etc but out of sight when dash is on, there is like 2" ally or s/s tubing (looks like part of a rollcage) it joins on each A pillars and i always wondered why it handled soo well for a wagon

so is this stock or what?

ill try and get a pic, but its easy to see if u look under the dash

its got a few bends and little brackets for mounting stuff off it eh?

HiRB26VL, would have no affect on body roll, that's the stabiliser bars' job. Would helpt with body rigidity though, sorta like a strut brace for the dashboard.
