***urgetnt Help***

ok first i left my key in the ignition of my skyline in the car wash, and i didnt have spare keys at the time i only had one set, i've some how stupidly managed to leave me keys in the car and locked myself out.

so i had to resort to ripping my left window down, it was open just enough to fit my fingers through, ive pulled the window down and i've blent the window lever so the window can go down, got into the car and now the window is stuffed, ive taken off the left door interior and had a look at the problem, its seem to be that the windows socket is out of place of the lever that pulls the window up and down its seems pretty easy to fix but i cant seem to get underneath.

The window socket is the stopper that keeps the window from going too high and jumping out of the tracks. You should slowly start undoing stuff in the door, and anything that is broken/bent, you should fix or replace. Seems like it shoud be an easy fix like you said. Maybe find someone who's got a R32 so you can match up the doors and see what is wrong.

i just dont know where to start un-screwing thats why i posted up the pics so maybe someone can point put where to start

Does the electrics still move the mechanism up and down at all?

If so, you can put it all the way to the bottom to access easier. I had to muck around with my window a few weeks ago coz it stopped working, and I discovered that if you pull the rest of the plastic cover off (with black sticky crap on it) and take your speaker out, you can actually access a whole lot under there. There isn't much room though.

If you still can't quite get at it, you can undo the 4 (i think) screws that hold the winder motor assembly onto the inside of the door, then you can really move things around. You can also at that time pull on the window itself to move the bits in the bottom.

I presume it's one of the little rails that's possibly bent, and if it is, you may be able to fix through the bottom. I couldn't work out how to get any further than this, and luckily i didn't have to.
