igor
Is this drift only? Or is there a track session as well? As in grip racing. By the way 27 February is Sunday. So I guess you mean Saturday 26 February. eXc
Three sessions of 20 minutes (one drift session and 2 track sessions) Just to clarify - Is that only 60 minutes of track time for the whole day? And it must be 1 session drift, 2 track? I.E. Can you do 3 of track, or 3 of drift, or 2 drift, 1 track.... I doubt I will have my car by then, But I could be interested in the next one. fatz
means every hour there is one session for drift and two sessions for track driving 9-5 so if there are no incidents= 8*20 inute sessions of your prefered style= 2 hours and 40 minutes of track time Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/62679-driver-training-day-driftoran-park-sunday-feb-27th/#findComment-1187213 Share on other sites

You are put in one of the three groups (drift, track1 or track2). Each session is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes you all go back in and the next group goes out. The last one i think we all did 5 or 6 sessions at least?? The day is from 9-5. There is a small break for lunch which was filled with a passenger drift session. And at the start of the day is a driver briefing.. eXc
Cool. So can you rotate between track and drift? Or do you select which you want to do and stick to it? eXc
cool. sounds good So south circuit....is that the one they have the drift comps on (the one under the bridge) or is it the main faster circuit, where they cut of the cool corners around the bridge? If it is the main circuit, how does drifitng go there? I havn't paid a huge amount of attention, but i', guessing u'd need to be doing some bloody fast drift to drift thos corners? fatz
its the main circuit so it is a bit faster we drift the first 4 corners then cool the cars down around the rest of the track pete Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/62679-driver-training-day-driftoran-park-sunday-feb-27th/#findComment-1187757 Share on other sites
