GTR box in other skyline 4wd's

I want to know what can be done for a r32 GTS4 sedan or coupe which is auto.

Can a manual conversion be done using a GTR gearbox?

what other mods are required apart from the obvious like pedal box, clutch... etc..

ECU change?

trans tunnel massaging?

rough costs?

I've heard GTR boxes go for about $1000

clutch - $500

pedal box?

ecu?

labour?

any ideas?
