Anyone know of an glaziers who can replace the seal around my windscreen? Dont need a new windscreen, just the seal.... O'briens want $164 which is just BS

u could try the join in baysie i went to a couple of years back for the 31 .. prolly still there. They had great prices on the window, they can prolly get the seals too..

just near the railway tracks along scoresby rd..

you could give Custom Cut a try. dunno prices really but we do a lot of general glass trade with them, they do a lot of car windows etc as well.

otherwise just listen to what that queenslander has to say that might be closer to you as well (or custom cut might not come out that far? i dunno)

It was out yesterday... and when i got to the car the drivers side floor was covered in water

Mavric, thanks for the contact, I called Roy and he is really helpful. Gonna get him to check it out. He is going to pull everything off, do a compression test and find whats causing the leak and he told me worse case scenario will cost $66!

Yeah well Im hoping he can have one of employees look at it for me on saturday (he cant because he has a wedding to go to)

let me know how you go, i don't know if my leak is coming from the windscreen or the roof antenna...

Went down to see Roy this morning.. what a top bloke.. ripped off all the trimming then used an air gun and window spray to find the leaks.. there was a few and he then ran sikaflex all around the seals... All sorted and he only charged me $30!!
