Hi guys

I was removing my wheels today.

One nut stopped turning (somehow it was on an angle and therefore stuck), so I put more force on it, and it got stuck halfway out.

After a few more tries, *SNAP*, the nut, still connected to the thread was loose!

What can I do to get it out, I guess I have broken the whole thread off the hub, but it won't come out. I can turn it but the nut is stuck on the thread, and the thread caught somehow..any ideas?!?!?!

Hopefully you can see what I mean where the nut is stuck on the thread, and the thread is off the hub (loose) but still caught on something.

yeah, its probably munced itself nicely..

What I would do is keep stripping it so the nut slides off. If it's beyond hope its beyond hope so just get it off however you have to.

Replacing the stud is not a difficult process once you dissembe things. The studs are about $2.50 each. You'll have to first take the disc off.. which will mean you will have to remove the calipers (again, easy)

Which end is it? front or rear.
