RB25 Coil Question/problem?

Hi all,

I own an R33. Recently coil number 3 died in my RB25DET and was replaced with a coil from an RB20DET. An RB20DET coil was used as it was picked up for cheap and there were no RB25DET coils available. The people at the import yard assured me it would work fine as they are pretty much indentical (both 12V etc). The car appears to be runnning fine now and is not missing a high revs anymore. Is this ok or will it affect my engine? any help would be much appriciated.

My cars a 1993 model so yeah i'm assuming its a series 1
