People could please make sure that if you do have these rims they are not the 6.5inch wide version. They are stamped 16/7.5 45 offset on one of the inside spokes.

These rims are possibly off the AWD non GTR Skylines not sure. But I have definately got two 7.5inch wide R33 Skyline Rims and I want 2 more.

Or will take 4

my stockies are 6.5 wide all round.  i thought they were all like that.  might have to have a look again.  N/A's have 4 studs instead of 5 so they wouldnt be that.

Perhaps 7.5 inch wide are Series 2 rims.

i have two.

lemme know.

This should be in the Wanted To Buy section mate.

Yeah sorry about posting here, I thought this was the place for Victorian stuff.

Just sent an email to your hotmail.

Thanks

Pat

i have a full set of 300zx rims, willing to seperate for the right price. Let me know if you are interested. they are 16inch, 5 stud, not sure about the width and offset, but can check if you want.

Please check and get back to me.

If they are 16 7.5/45 offset they are right.

ha. you're in luck.

I tried measuring with a tape, but that got me all confused cos i didn't know where to measure from. Then i loked for writing on the inside of the wheels and found......16X7(1/2) JJ 45

looks like i've got what you are after.

Very good.

Just pm me a contact number and we can take it from there

Thanks

They must be stamped 16/7.5 45 offset.
I think you are confusing R33/S15 wheels with the old 300ZX rims.

Also I just checked both (I have a set of both) and neither have any measurements stamped on them inside or out).

On my car the fronts are 16/6.5 and the rears are 16/7.5 and this is definetely stamped on the inside spokes.

I'm not sure what car the 7.5's came from but all I know is that they look identical to the front 6.5's..

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
