I'm not an expert by any extent, but from what i've been reading up on sounds like a hunching problem? In other words unstable boost 'cause not everything is up to the task. 15psi is pretty high. Or maybe your fuel pump isn't up for pumping that much juice in and you need a more powerful one?

what is the full list of mods to your car?

first of all, check your plugs. regap to 0.7-0.8 if running 15psi
