Removal of foot rest??

How do you remove the foot rest next to the clutch pedal?

I undid the two bolts holding it down; however it seems to be stuck at the top behind the unit.

Is it just a clip?

or another bolt sumwhere?

I dont wanna assume its a clip n rip the thing to peices

theres another bolt holiding it in, you have to use a flat head screwdriver and pop of the cover on the rest. the cover is the plastic bit on top with the grooves in it (for grip)

y would you want to remove this?

Any half decent driving instructor will tell you to jam your left foot into that thing so you can feel the car better while driving hard. It is the only 'solid' link between you and the car. I strongly urge u seek more info about this

Completely unrelated, but psi, I noticed that your name, avitar, Custom member title, and post don't match ur car. Sorry, but how is Boost, PSI, a Turbo, and driving hard related to a 121 bubble? I mean, the 1.3L engine makes plenty of grunt and all, but...
