Hey guys, I have a family friend overseas that can get these Lambo door kits for basically any model car. They are pretty kool and can be installed under 2 hrs by yourself. I was just wondering if anyone would be interested in a set for around the 1500 dollar mark. Pretty cheap considering they sell them over the net for over 2 grand. If anyone is interested just get back to me and we'll see if we can sort something out. I am going to get one for my 33 soonish so you can see how it looks and works before you buy it. Im in Sydney by the way aswell.

PM me for details

Thanks all

Hamid

these kits always seem so expensive, wots in the kit, 2 hinges and some bolts?

if it can be installed in 2 hrs there cant be much to it, any welding involed or a straight bolt in job?

can the modifications be returned to stock for RWC sake?

i dont really feel like payin 1500 for 100 worth of hinges.

Umm there not the dodgy, you can fabricate yourself ones. These cost quite a bit for personally and im only chargin money for time in bringing the kits down. These arent the hinge and bolt jobs, they are the high quality gas pump kits. Anyways i just put it up as I am getting one personally and was seeing if anyone else was interested. As for gaurantee and crap like that, u can come down, ill give u hand putting it on, any problems, then we take care of it there.

And as for price, If i can get a couple of people wanting these, the price could be around 1300. I am trying to get these available to people for the best price on the market. Also i am going to check the quality of these personally and i wont waste my time if its a bitch product. Secondly what i have heard is that these are full pro styles meaning they close perfectly and smoothly. So please no criticms as i wouldnt waste my time and money.

Thanks

well...sorry to hi-jack your thread... these kits are always expensive.. the cheapest i've seen around are around the $1300 mark.

but i'm heading overseas in 4 weeks time just to actually have one customly made for r33 and Mk4 supra.

the plan is to get it to open up as high as possibly can unlike the one on the market right now that only open up halfway.

currently in the process of making a prototype for r33. will let everyone know how it goes.

Man who seriously cares you fag. Im selling door kits, i dont want your life story you dickhead. Why do you have to say that shit?, especially on my thread?dont say one more thing unless you wanna say it to me personally so i can break your face, so pm me if you want that done, dont bother anybody else with your abused childhood ok!

haha take it easy dude no need to have a BF.

do u have any pics of the kit? what is the lowest price u are willing to go? ive seen a few of these kits and they werent cheap. they were selling for 2gz so 1300 is a good price.

but is it true that after a while, the gas pump dies out and then u would need another 1. ive heard stories that they dont last long. these are only for show.

Pimpin, u need To chill the **** out, and not threaten people will violence, nismo33, simply wrote what he is doing, and you come back abusing him, trying to act like a hard ****, how many people do you think are going to deal with you now?

you seem to have a very positive attitude :chairshot

RootMasta, these dont die off after a while as the gas is oxygen, it pumps air and lifts the doors vertically up. I will get some pics soon man and ill post em.

Im also not a violent or hard... im a nice guy, i just dont want time wasting bitches telling me what they did with their childhoods in uzbechestan.

Rootmasta as i said last nite and for some reason its not up there now, these got air pumps and they never run out. I have attached some pics of the kit. Also the front gaurds need to be removed for this job, so when the job is done it will look like it was naturally lambo to begin with.

Also i got pics fo the kits, so PM me as i cant seem to upload them, if anyone could give me a hand uploading em it would be appreciated.

Thanks again

Rootmasta as i said last nite and for some reason it is not here now, these are air pumped and never run out. Also i have picture of the kit, and by the way the front gaurds need to be removed as well so when finished it looks naturally it was always lambo doored. PM and i ll send the photos as i am having difficulty uploading them, if anyone can aid me in uploading em it would be appreciated.

Thanks Hamid

I had a look through the GSM Performance website at reclining seats and booked an appointment to visit their show room. I got the Recaro Sportster CS for the R34 from here, was very happy with the service received so of course a re-visit was in order. Unfortunately the two Corbeau seats I had chosen aren't on display but they had 4 other options available. Two seats dug into my back, one dug into my legs and the other was perfect. I also found out that Recaro seats use a larger bolt pattern so some adaption was required. Luckily GSM offer some universal adaptors that should solve this problem. I searched the interwebs for price comparisons and Corbeau themselves were the cheapest at £300 cheaper (for the pair). I asked GSM if they could price match, unfortunately they couldn't. I later received an email saying Corbeau would honour them the same discount, but the purchase was already made. I did however order the brackets from GSM, both arrived on the same day. I started with the passenger side seat, knowing this was going to be a little trial and error. There are 3 mounting holes at the front and 2 at the rear on these JURAN Racing seat rails.  With the adaptor brackets mounted, the allen cap bolts started to push into the seat, NOT GOOD!  The rear mounting holes lined up but there were issues at the front. The holes were 1/2 hole out, so the brackets got a tickle with the drill to modify the holes. The supplied bolts weren't going to be long enough and a spacer was needed to stop the adaptor bars from bending. A local fasteners company supplied be with some nylon spacers and longer bolts (M8x30, although these will be replaced with 35mm long shortly) A before and after I pre-drilled the front bracket before making a start on the driver's seat to save some time. And in no time at all that was in the car too. The all black seats have transformed the interior and these are MUCH more comfortable. The only downside with the new Corbeau seats is I sit a little higher, but I'll happily accept that over discomfort. The Youtube video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wPyttKPktXA
    • All 3 I guess. The car came with the JASI Aero 4 door Type R Full Kit unpainted so this was one thing at the top of my list to complete then I noticed there were body panels parts for this kit so i picked them up along with some black mesh to fill in the front bumper and front side air vents. car is at a paint and body shop atm completing this work. Next I will be addressing the internal bells and whistles, great summer project I can do with the kids.  full interior removal - ,boys car sound deadening - pads and spray ,boys stereo, sound, lighting - Big 3, GTT or bigger alternator ,kids head lining - dye black add star lighting mod ,daughter. That's it for the next 5-6 months. I have some motor maintenance  work i have to plan out. oil filter relocation, gaskets, mounts. beyond that, mind is starting to turn over if i can use a DET intake plenum, block off turbo ports & pipe in a air intake.
    • roller coaster of a ride. Alarm system was removed & main harness was repaired where possible. still no fix just random successful starts. moved on to the replacing the ignition switch and relay. well all this troubleshooting & repair has been going on, the car is at a paint and body shop being pushed around. Ive been going down there on odd days after work to get it sorted.
