R33 box in to my R32

Hey guys, I know this must have been covered a thousand times, but i couldnt find the answers i was looking for, so i thought i would try again.

I'm looking at dropping an R33 box in to my R32, but I don't know were to take it to get the conversion,

I understand I Need a custom Tail Shaft, a different Speedo Cable, and a modified or custom cross member,.

Correct me if I'm wrong on any of the things above, or if I have missed anything, But where in Adelaide would I take my car for this sort of work???

Does a R33 box bolt on to the engine the same, does it have the same shaft pattern???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

what kind of 32 are we talking about here??

gtr or gts-t?????

if your talking gtr,

then they are both the same.. tho maybe the clutch slave will be on the wrong side but u can change the bell housing over to correct this..

ure going to need a GTR speed sensor and a custom gearbox mount.

R33 gearboxes run via an electronic sensor (or something electronic), whereas the RB20 gboxes are mechanical.

They're not easy to find - i've been looking for months and haven't found one yet.

If anyone can point me in the direction of one - please do!!

on the gearbox mount just use the stock r32 mount bracket and then put a 3/4" steel plate between the mount and the body on both sides, also you will have to push up the floor pan on the left side so that the gearbox will fit in.
