R32 Gtr Head Bolts, Installing

hey guys.

anyone know the head bolt specs for the R32 GTR? i need to know how tight they have to be when installed.

1. 29nm

2. 108nm

3. 0nm (loosen right off)

4. 29nm

5. Angle wrench 90o or 108nm +/- 5nm

work from the middle outwards.
