thats why ive got the sticker "no its not my boyfriends on the back" a. its a conversation starter with cute guys driving ZX's and b. i find when its in words dikheads find it easier to comprehend - whats that movie where he goes "dont make me tap the sign" haha its a bit like that - but everyone can see by the way its done up that its definately not my parents besides they drive around in ol fuddy duddy HSV's although they will steal mine every chance they get - um lauren ive just got to go and um er get your aircon checked out in um mandurah - we live in perth why cant u do it in perth - well um errr. hahah sooo obvious!!!

mmm its weird with guys and me. Like i hung around a few guys when i went for a holiday to QLD and they are liek and that Sssshhh sound the cars make when they go by "im like yeah thats a BOV" and i would just constantly talk about cars and they would try to keep up but in the end they're like actually i dont really know anything much about cars - so i would try to talk about something else but its sooo hard because i was really homesick for my car at the time seeing all these nice imports driving around and im "awww at home i own one of those" Its just weird because in this forum i know nothing compared to u guys but to the average guy i know too much soooo i dont know!! haha

later adrian

Yeah its sooo fustrating when you work so hard to have and maintain what u've got and some slack barsted decides to ruin it for u.

Yeah blacks a prick - gotta get out there and scrub mine tommorrow actually - its looking a lvoely shade of gunmetal grey at the moment haha with the occasional dob of bird shit. haha I bought mine with a scratch done the side - too long not to be delbirate but its thinner than a key.

badges agghhh! What do they do with them is what i want to know - ooooh ive got a skyline badge - hmmm yeah great mate! Who the hell does it impress enough for them to take the time to rip one off the back of a car!

i actually need a new GTST one for the back even though its a sticker its faded badly so if anyone knows where i can grab one!!

haha yeah it takes a bit of adjusting too being home on a friday night - but im even more depressed being home on a saturday night myself!! hmm actually it may be the 5 beers or the fact the folks have gone out i dont know but im actually finding it not too bad being home tonight - ive had a stressful past week make it an early night tonight then celebrate tommorrow night maybe.

    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?

    • Forgot to include this but this is the mid section of my steering rack that looks like it has a thread/can be turned with that notch mentioned in the post:
    • Hey everyone, Wanted to pick some brains about this issue I'm having with rebuilding my 33 rack (PN is 49001-19U05). All of the tutorials/videos I've seen online are either R34 or S Chassis racks which seem to be pretty straightforward to disassemble but this process doesnt carry over to my rack. Few of the key differences that I've noted The pinion shaft on the other racks bolt on with 3 torx bolts: Whereas my rack bolts on with 2 allen head bolts: These changes are pretty inconsequential but the main difference is how you pull the actual rack out of the housing. The other skyline/s chassis racks can be taken out by tapping the rack out of the body with a socket and it just slides right out. I'm unable to do that with my rack because there's a hard stop at the end that doesn't let the seal/shaft be tapped out. Can also see a difference in the other end of the rack where mine has a notch that looks like you're able to use a big wrench to unthread 2 halves of the rack whereas the other racks are just kinda set in with a punch. My rack: Other racks: TLDR; Wanted to know if anyone has rebuilt this specific model of steering rack for the R33 and if there were any steps to getting it done easier or if I should just give this to a professional to get done. Sorry if this post is a bit messy, first one I've done.
    • I would just put EBC back on the "I would not use their stuff" pile and move on.
