ive had dreams where ive beaten the shit out of someone trying to steal my car - i tell ya for a chick i kick a serious amount of arse haha!! Wish i lived in clarmeont or somewhere where my car is not a big deal but in bloody high wycombe - i went to midland gate in my 88 ZX (which was a gorgeous car in really good nick for its age stunner compared to the bomb ones u see around) and i would get so many evil glares and stuff so i dont take my R33 anywhere near the place - the response in the ZX was bad enough!

haha theres a kareoke bar across from the deen? sweet me and my mate have always wanted to get xtremely pissed and go kareoke!!! Haha so it shouldnt be too hard to talk her into it. as long as nothing is said about my singing under the influence in these forums im happy haha!!

hahaha i always go um i dont car who drives mel but i would just like to point out that you're diving from my house to your houseso its better if we just take your car (hyundai excel) ooorr oh well know point taking my car its a two door (when theres a group of people) one way or another i talk my way driving to northbridge - plus cos my car is lowered it cant hack those high ris ecarparks without taking half the front spoiler off - parked in one in the city ofr an interview once and i was crying all the way down all you could hear was *ssscraaape* aghhh why dont they cater for lowered cars!!

yeah! Ahh lowering does have its disadvantages and extra costs but i love the look. Even my dad does - because its caused the rubbers to wear away and my shockies to pack it in they wanted to put springs in the front that would highten it a few mm i told my dad and he goes "no way go the second option you dont want it higher" haha which i dont - but new shcokies and the ongoing cost of replacing the rubbers should fix my problem - its funnier when you pull up to barinas and you hav eto look up to them tho haha. High rise carparks - nightmare do not even attempt!! i swear that what made my front spoiler come lose - even the slightest rises i have to be aware of. You'll see a small slope and go "no probs" then scccraaape! oops haha

hahaha bully!! so he should!

Actually 33Spec2 really anywhere! You will find out yourself as i did - things look decpetively flat even when sober - i had my car 2 weeks went into mt lawley for a friends b'day dinner because parking was so hard to find a lot of u-turns in peoples driveways were involved as soon as i went up them i heard scrape im like what tha?!! it doesnt take much of a slope you'll learn tho. I mean skyzerr said on one cruise my exhaust was low on my car and im liek nah i dont have the huge ones that most of the guys have on their cars - i didnt think too look at how low the piping was underneath til the other day - he was right it only sits about 10cms off the ground - even i was shoucked i hadnt wiped it off on something yet!!

hmm well i havent been stopped by the cops - its legal i think - its a slow as strich9s at the front but i dont know how low his exhaust piping goes either - it gave me a shock no wonder a plastic bag stuck to the exhaust and made me look like a dikhead (i explained that story yesterday) Ive never really had a close look "under" the car til yesterday and some of that stuff is pretty low - but hey the car survives - the cops havent said anything yet sooo its all good.

haha i said its as slow - sorry kym - i meant as low.

My parents have nicknamed it the go-kart because they reckon thats what your driving position in it feels like - mine you sit low etc and have to reach up for the steering wheel etc in theirs its the opposite.

u might realise it takes half an hour for me to edit these messages before i post them and even then my mistakes slip thru. im on my 6th beer if u want to know why it takes this long.

    • I appreciate the detailed explanation, think I understand now. I spent the better part of last night reading what I could about shuffle and potential solutions. I had replaced the OEM twin turbo pipe with an alternate Y pipe that is separated further away from the turbo. The current one is from HKS and I had a previous pipe that was separated even further away, both have shuffle. I had heard that a divider can be welded in to the OEM pipe to remove turbulence, and figure that aftermarket pipes that are more separated would achieve the same thing. From what I read, most people with -10 turbos get shuffle due to their size, though it's a bit less common with -5s on a standard RB26. I think Nismoid mentioned somewhere it's because OEM recirculation piping is common in Australia with -5 cars. It seems that the recommendation tends to vary between a few options, which I've ordered in what I think is most feasible for me:  1. Retune the MAP or boost controller to try to eliminate shuffle 2. Install OEM recirculation piping 3. Something called a 'balance pipe' welded onto the exhaust manifolds. I don't know if kits for this are available, seems like pure fabrication work 4. simply go single turbo My current layout is as follows: Garrett 2860 -5s HKS Racing Suction intake MAF delete pipes HKS racing chamber intake piping hard intercooler piping,  ARC intercooler HKS SSQV BOV and pipe Haltech 2500 elite ECU and boost solenoid/controller HPI dump pipes OEM exhaust manifolds HKS VCAM step 1 and supporting head modifications Built 2.6 bottom end All OEM recirculation piping was removed, relevant areas sealed off I'll keep an eye out for any alternative solutions but can get started with this.  Only other question is, does shuffle harm the turbo (or anything else)? It seems like some people say your turbo shafts will explode because of the opposing forces after a while and others say they just live with it and adjust their pedal foot accordingly.
    • That worked out PERFECTLY! Thank you big time to JJ. He was able to swap me his stock diff. He drove all the way to me as well. Killer! Removal & install was pretty straightforward. The diff itself is HEAVY. So that’s a 2 man job.  Man does the car drive nice now! Couldn’t have worked out any better 👌
