yes it was sad , they all asked how there times were and I said that Stewie in a stock std road GTR with crap tyres ( who was instructing today btw ) posted a time about 2 secs quicker than the best rex they had there.

Hate to burst the bubble but they ain't that quick and under steer too much:D

not much bud - just got home from watching the new matrix movie - i loved it.. everyone else hated it.. wierd... i guess it wasn't a holiwood formula movie so it didn't get props from many...

u guys have that dinner tonight?

somehow i don't think the weather is going to get any better bud...

so did you change the exhaust timing with the gear? think it makes much diff? it's hard for me to tell cause i did the elec boost controller, dump and pulley all at the same time..

    • yeah first and reverse is where you will find clutch release issues (whether hydraulic or mechanical) because the difference in revs required is the highest there; particularly changing down from 2nd to 1st when still moving. To be clearer though, it is possible that the clutch release bearing is the wrong height. This is less likely than a hydraulic issue but it is not unheard of when you are mixing and matching
