I quit smoking and im coughing up the lining in my lungs. It took me years to get that lining worked out and now im losing it all

My best bud has had it real bad ....ear infections .... coughing .... etc. She's ahd it for about a month now ..... i got it bad last year and managed to escape it this year .... then again couldve been all the drugs i took last year for it still roaming round in my body

i am on my way to quitting smoking. For the last 3 weeks i have only had 2 smokes a day by next week i am going to give it a go and hopefully stop for good
