all i know is i like to drive on the limit and im not afraid to push that little bit harder...... might be a good idea to do this and see how i go

Race spec stock as a roc???

Prease exprain???

No VN I know goes around corners... :) Hehehe

avoid the hill climbs for a while then, they hurt if you pusht he limits that bit to much..

Heheheheehehe

I gotta admit , the Meelup hillclimb had me clenching the buttocks...

Jill ( red 200sx) promised that she would not return to her scene of carnage :D

are hill climbs any worse then say a 1am run through mundaring weir road ?

Mundaring is a nice road but the trouble is unless the clock is on , you are only racing yourself.

When the big boys come, you realise you were only playing....

PS I am not saying I am a big boy ( cosa the wifa says I ain't) but a until you give it a go , you will never never know... :D

well Ken i simply just line it up through it in and steer her through and shes stock as can be - last g3wc cruise i paced 3 ls1 powered  commodores with brakes smoking by half way.............

Tom , you have got to be kidding??

Tell you what , I will take for a run around Collie or wanners next year.

Don't want to be rude but when you are starting to get flat 67's long circuit in a road car then I will start to worry.

I don't want this to sound big headed but a lot of people think they are going quick until they go with someone quick.

Try going with Denver on a drift session or Brett Morse in a 2wd BMW against my old GTR and finishing poofteenth's behind. Man , that boy can drive..

Cheers

Ken

Oh now doubt Ken ive never been on a track before where u need to know how to really drive....

personally however ive always felt like i know how to push a car hard - its my pashion to drive cars and drive em hard.

"you have to be kidding" - almost the same thing the owner of one of the cars said to me that night :D

Tom , don't get me wrong , I am not knocking you.

It's just that every young person who comes to me seeking training/guidance/insparsation/encouragement thinks they are the next Colin Mcrae/Michael Schumacher/Denzo.

They think that they are the best and what they have done is unique.

I can tell yo that I did not invent it and am not the best , but neither are you.

What I am saying is that with age comes experience and knowledge and I can tell in 10 minutes if you *have it* or are just like a lot of the rest of the young people that think a power slide is actually drifting and an apex line is something that a drunk chick gives you...

Cheers

Ken

    • Ok thanks..that was my second question if i can somehow bypass this even with Nistune(that is all i have right now...aparat from stock ECU. So with some aftemarket it can by "bypassed" or make it work?  I know there is Link or Haltech (mainly used). We have ECUmaster here so i will gather some info about it.
    • Yes. You will need to get the original boost sensor and wire it in. That is.... if you plan to use a stock ECU - even a Nistuned ECU. The Nissan ECU will not operate correctly without it connected. And yes, it will do annoying stuff like you are experiencing. You will almost certainly be better off with some aftermarket ECU, than trying to hunt down rare sensors.
    • Ok so ABS/TCS is "not" the problem. Yeah i know now about the ABS with Nistune(i told that to the Nistune guy) but iam not 100% why or why i dont have ABS. ABS cube is in the engine (always has been) but i had braked couple of times rly hard and brakes just locked and scream. Does all Skylines have ABS cube? That boost sensor https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/367633-wtb-r34-gtt-turbo-pressure-sensor-pics-inside/ Is this it? I need to ask but i have a picture of engine bay and i do not see that (100% is not in that place) If i do not have this the car can do what mine is?(cutting around 4000 rpm) Here is the pic of my engine bay(only one i have) BUT i think i dont have that cuz loom was used from my RB20DE NEO and i know (obviously) that it does not have boost control or any wire to that...) so maybe that is the problem? (i dont know for 100% if that car where the engine is from had that)...but i dont have the loom from that
    • I'm with you here. It's either loom has an issue, OR, injectors are not functioning properly. It could even be they're just constantly dribbling, hence the wet, but not firing.
    • Depending on how long the car sat it is very possible for injectors to be stuck open or closed, I'd get them cleaned and flow tested. Other than that, obviously when the loom changes and the car doesn't start any more....the loom is suspect so some tracing / comparing may be required
