Blow Off Not Working

well i just put my old turbo smart type 2 back on after not using it for a while was on my friends r32 gtst working fine up until 1-2 weeks before, so ive put it in mine and seems its not working, it just flutter out, ive tried loosening it all the way, and dosnt help, ive tried greasing it up and shit, umm only things ive changed, ive put in a boost controller and plumback since i used it last, but its hooked up exactly the same except theres a boost controller between blow off and the eccs, also using a big tri piece and bigger piping for the vacuum, could this be the problem? please help

you removed the plumback right?

Check that it hasnt siezed whilst being out of the car and make sure it has strong vacuum with no leaks. Thats all that I can think of.

Have you got a pic of your setup, sounds like you might not be running the right hose to the top of the valve. It should come directly from the plenum.
