Dr30 Vs R32 Gts-t

just having a look at the two as possibilities to buy. Just wondering what the difference between the stock performance of the two is? how much money would it take to get the dr30 to the same performance level as the 32, handling, power? cost differences between maintaining and etc? and a last thing, id like to probably get a conversion to a silver rb20det if i got one, how effective, reliable is this? what must be replaced along with the engine? anything else wud be appreciated.
