You'll also need new CV shafts, to suit the R200 diff, as yours will be R180 style CV's which are a bit longer. You need to get ones that match the VLSD output shaft flanges., e.g. if you get a diff with 5 bolt flanges you will need to get matching 5 bolt style CV's.
