Urgent : Information On R34 Headlights

I have converted my headlights from xenons to halogen so it can pass my local tests. I am based in Jersey, Channel Islands.

However, they will still not let it pass, as the headlights do not have "e" marking or a type of approval marking they can cross reference.

Does anyone know any more information regarding the headlights, documents or anything on what rating it does comply with. Just need to get as much as possible.

or failing that, does anyone know where I can get e marked headlights for the r34.
