Air Filter installation

I just bought a K&N air filter and was about to install it today

so i removed the stock filter box only to find that the sensor is in front of the air intake tube...

is there a way of performing this install from home and do i need extra tube-ing???

i need some help on getting around this problem

u can by an adaptor from any spare parts place

u will probarly find where u bought if from has it

i know autobarn have them in redline brand

i think the sensor that you are referring to is the AFM, and the pod should bolt on to that.

the Air Flow Meter is in front and i want to stick the pod in so im goin to buy an adaptor this week from autobanh

so its easy to put together rite?

and am i getting the rite info kinda got me a bit confused now

pretty simple, as long as you have the adaptor, you should be fine

yeah they r very easy

it took me about 10mins on my cousins

silvia witch takes the same adaptor as the skyline

so just bolt the adaptor(with the pod on it) to the AFM.

u will need nuts to fit on the originals bolt

to fit the adaptor
